Rascal's Frederika Tap was built on a simple conviction: that a small-town establishment can take its craft seriously without losing its warmth. We started as a coffee counter with a dream of doing it right — proper beans, proper technique, proper hospitality.
Today, we pour single-origin espresso alongside rotating taps from Iowa's top craft breweries. The same counter that serves your morning cortado also pours your evening IPA. That's not a compromise — that's the point.
